Financial
We will be delighted to submit all insurance forms on your behalf and assist you in maximizing your benefits. Our goal is to support you in affording the necessary and desired treatment, and we will make every effort to facilitate this process.
Cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient. Please be aware that a fee may be charged if an appointment is missed without sufficient notice.
